Allyship in the workplace means using personal privilege to support colleagues from historically marginalised communities. But what does true allyship actually look like? What needs to happen? And what might prevent it happening?

During this 1.5 hour online session, we will explore the 7 types of ally, how social pain is a barrier and how social support and empathy are the foundations.
