Leading Beyond Boundaries isn’t another leadership course.

It’s a practical, emotionally intelligent development experience for leaders who want to grow their confidence, connection and self-awareness, and lead with more authenticity in a world that can feel fast and demanding.

Here’s the truth: leadership isn’t a solo act anymore. The problems leaders face today full of complexity, constant change, competing priorities, can’t be solved by one organisation alone. The most effective leaders are learning from each other, not competing with each other. They’re working across sectors, sharing insight, being honest about what’s hard, and growing faster because of it.


Cross-sector collaboration is now one of the biggest drivers of innovation and resilience in UK leadership. When leaders step outside their own walls, they get fresh perspective, honest challenge and clarity they often can’t access internally. They stop performing leadership and start living it.

Leading Beyond Boundaries is a 10-month cross-sector leadership coaching programme, starting June 2026. It combines five in-person half-day workshops with online group coaching and continuous peer support, all led by an experienced Rising Vibe Client Partner. 


What’s included:

Facet5 Profile & 1-2-1 Debrief
The programme starts with a full Facet5 personality profile for each participant, followed by a 90-minute 1-2-1 debrief. This builds deep self-awareness, helps leaders understand how they respond under pressure and gives everyone a shared language for honest, grounded leadership throughout the programme.


Five Half Day In-Person Group Workshops
Practical coaching foundations, peer-to-peer coaching on real business challenges, and a final session focused on integration, reflection and next steps, all designed to build confidence, clarity and emotional agility.


Small Group Accountability Sessions
Four virtual check-ins that keep momentum high, strengthen peer support and help leaders apply learning in real time.


Giving & Receiving Feedback Video Series
Short, bitesize videos with practical tools for safer, more effective feedback conversations.


Private LinkedIn Learning Space
A secure space to share insight, stay connected and continue cross-sector learning between sessions.

What participants will gain:

Participants leave the programme with a clearer understanding of themselves and how they lead.

They develop practical coaching skills they can use immediately, skills that help them listen more deeply, ask better questions and create honest conversations that strengthen performance and trust. They gain greater emotional awareness, learning how their responses under pressure shape their behaviour and influence the people around them.


Leaders also experience the power of peer-to-peer reflection and accountability. By working alongside people from different sectors, they learn to see challenges through new perspectives and explore their leadership habits in a safe, supportive environment. This drives faster growth and more sustained behaviour change.


By the end, participants feel more grounded, more connected and more able to lead with authenticity. They understand how to hold others to account without losing psychological safety, how to navigate difficult conversations with confidence, and how to create teams where honesty, ownership and resilience can thrive.


At the heart of this programme is a blend of coaching development and honest peer-to-peer learning. Leaders build essential, practical coaching tools they can use straight away to improve conversations, strengthen accountability and build trust across their teams. And because they learn alongside peers from other sectors, they also experience one of the most overlooked drivers of real leadership growth: open, transparent reflection with people who aren’t afraid to say what they see. When leaders talk honestly about what’s working, what isn’t and what needs to change, progress accelerates and behaviour shifts for good.
